Auxilium Pharmaceuticals to Present at the Cowen and Company 31st Annual Health Care Conference

(Nasdaq: AUXL) today announced that executive management will participate in the Cowen and Company 31st Annual Health Care Conference during March 7-9, 2011 at The Boston Marriott Copley Place.  Mr. Jim Fickenscher, Chief Financial Officer, is scheduled to present an overview of the Company and its product pipeline at 8:45 a.m. ET on Wednesday, March 9, 2011.
