At CPhI 2013, Trinity Labs Discusses Industry Challenges & Opportunities & Its 5-Day Turnaround Promise
Date:11/5/2013

FRANKFURT, Germany, Nov. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At CPhI Worldwide in Frankfurt last week, executives from the contract analytical services company, Trinity Scientific, discussed the challenges and opportunities facing the pharmaceutical industry today. These interviews appear in a brief video produced by CPhI PharmaEvolution.com.

The pace of technology innovation, and increased and changing regulations, have resulted in both challenges and opportunities for contract service partners in the pharmaceutical industry today, said Tom Horner, Managing Director.

At the same time, these changes are driving increased demand for analytical services, he said. Trinity is responding to customer needs with a range of new capabilities, and guarantees a five-day turnaround time for projects, according to Shaheen Akhgar, Trinity's Commercial Manager.

Meanwhile, the company is adding new equipment and services to improve its customer support and help companies meet increasingly stringent regulations, particularly in the UK, said Hanna Coonagh, General Manager, Fleet Laboratories. The company will be adding new solid dose capacity by the first quarter of next year and is recruiting new staff.

The DDD family of companies has expanded with the addition of Trinity Scientific, a standalone contract laboratory providing a range of analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry, including analytical testing, method development, and stability.
