TOKYO, Feb. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Astellas Pharma Inc. (TSE: 4503, President and CEO: Yoshihiko Hatanaka, "Astellas") announced today that it has successfully completed, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Laurel Acquisition Inc.
