FRISCO, Texas, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Assured Pharmacy (Pink Sheets: APHY), a leading specialty pharmacy group providing prescription medications to more than 3,000 sufferers of chronic pain announced that total sales on a same store basis for the month of August 2010 were $1,423,819 which equates to $64,719 per business day. It represents an increase of 24.1 percent when compared with total sales of $1,147,398 for August 2009. This also represents an increase of 0.1 percent compared with total sales of $1,422,163 for July 2010 and a decrease of 4.4 percent compared with total sales per business day of $67,722 for July 2010.
Our total sales for the last three "summer" months combined (June – August) were $4,248,356 which represents a 10.8 percent increase over total sales of $3,832,962 for the previous three month period (March – May).
