Die DESSOLVE-II-CE-(Conformite Europeenne-)Zeichen-Studie ist eine randomisierte multizentrische Studie von Patienten mit nachgewiesener stabiler oder instabiler Angina Pectoris. Der primäre Endpunkt ist die Überlegenheit des MiStent SES bei der Minimierung des späten In-Stent-Lumenverlusts im Vergleich mit dem Medtronic Endeavor® Sprint DES, gemessen durch ein unabhängiges Angiografie-Kernlabor in De-novo-Koronarläsionen in Gefäßen mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 2,5 und 3,5 mm, geeignet für die Behandlung mit einem Stent mit einer maximalen Länge von 30 mm. In die DESSOLVE-II-Studie wurden bis zum Juli 2011 insgesamt 184 Patienten aufgenommen. Die Analyse der Daten bestätigt, dass DESSOLVE II alle Studienziele erfüllte, einen vorteilhaften späten In-Stent-Lumenverlust zeigte und ein starkes Unbedenklichkeitssignal erzielte.
