Argonauta Assist(TM)ance: Argonauta Communications Strives to Enhance Site-Based Recruitment Efforts
Date:8/20/2008

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Do you currently have a study that is falling behind with recruitment? Have you given your sites recruitment tools and a budget for media but still have not seen the desired results? Perhaps what you need is an extra set of hands to help your sites navigate the world of media placements and provide additional administrative assistance and consultation.

"Through our Argonauta Assist(TM) service," says Ms. Ann Kottcamp, President of Argonauta Communications, "we can offer a variety of support services to help boost your enrollment - without blowing your budget!" Some of the services offered through Argonauta Assist(TM) include:

Media Consultation - We can provide consultation to the sites to help them determine the best use of their media dollars and provide follow up on the results of these placements. During this political year, even the most seasoned study coordinator may find it difficult to navigate the media market. Additionally, in recent projects we have found that most sites were not utilizing their media budget to enhance their recruitment efforts because they lacked the knowledge or support needed to place media.

Administrative Support - We can assist sites with patient database mailings, physician mailings, or other administrative tasks to support their recruitment efforts. Many sites would like to do a large mailing to their database or local physicians but simply don't have the time and resources. Our Argonauta Assist(TM) coordinators can facilitate these mailings on behalf of the sites - with minimal effort from the study coordinator.

Dinner Meeting Facilitation - To assist with physician referrals we can work with your sites to coordinate physician dinner meetings. Argonauta Assist(TM) coordinators will handle all of the leg-work to invite the physicians and manage the attendee lists. We will also work with the sponsor and the site to develop the content to be presented at the meetings.

A current client, working on a 60-site study where Argonauta Assist(TM) services are being utilized, recently indicated that "I would never be able to keep up with all of these sites and activities without your support."
