CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- For anyone interested in how to live a vibrant and healthy life at any age, or to turn around current health issues, the Charlotte Anti-Aging Expo & Symposium may have the answers right in your own backyard.

The Charlotte Anti-Aging Expo & Symposium is this year's premier health and wellness event in the queen city. With expert speakers and over 60 exhibitors, product demonstrations and plenty of prizes, this event is intended to shift your thinking about your health. The one day event is on Saturday, March 28th, 2009, at the Charlotte Merchandise Mart.

Sally Gilbert, creator of Health in Production, saw a need within her own life, her friends and the Charlotte area to be more connected with health and wellness providers in their community. She believes that individuals are being matched with care that doesn't fit their needs and because of this, are frustrated with their results. Her goal is to inform and guide consumers through the many options available to maximize their longevity and quality of life.
