Angeion Announces Name Change and New Trading Symbol Effective Tuesday, August 21, 2012

SAINT PAUL, Minn., Aug. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Angeion Corporation (NASDAQ: ANGN) today announced that it is changing its corporate name to MGC Diagnostics Corporation, effective Tuesday, August 21, 2012.  Concurrent with the name change, the Company's common stock will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Capital Markets exchange under the new trading symbol of "MGCD."  The corporate name change was approved by the Company's Board of Directors as part of a Company-wide rebranding initiative and announced by the Company at its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 30, 2012.
