American Pacific to Release Financial Results and Hold Fiscal 2012 Year-End and Fourth Quarter Investor Teleconference

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Pacific Corporation (NASDAQ: APFC) ("AMPAC") announced today that it will release its Fiscal 2012 year-end and fourth quarter financial results on Thursday, December 13, 2012, immediately after the stock market closes. Joseph Carleone, President and Chief Executive Officer and Dana Kelley, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will host a related investor teleconference/webcast at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Callers may listen to the live presentation, which will be followed by a question and answer session, by dialing (800) 264-7882; passcode: 33898945.  An audio webcast of the call will be available on AMPAC's website at www.apfc.com, on the 'Webcasts and Presentations' page of the 'Investors' section.  Institutional investors can access the call via CCBN's password-protected event management site, StreetEvents (www.streetevents.com).  For those who cannot participate during the call, a replay of the teleconference will be available for one week after the call, by dialing (888) 843-7419, passcode: 33898945#.
