American Pacific to Release Financial Results and Hold Fiscal 2010 Second Quarter Investor Teleconference

LAS VEGAS, April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Pacific Corporation ( APFC) ("AMPAC") today announced that it will release its Fiscal 2010 second quarter financial results on Thursday, May 6, 2010, immediately after the market closes, followed by our second quarter investor teleconference/webcast at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

Joe Carleone, Chief Executive Officer, invites you to participate in the teleconference to discuss the financial results and the outlook for the Company.  Following a few comments by Joe Carleone, and a review of the quarter by Dana Kelley, Chief Financial Officer, there will be a Q&A session.
