American Pacific Corporation Completes Redemption Of $40 Million Of Senior Notes

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Pacific Corporation ("AMPAC") (NASDAQ: APFC) announced today that, effective September 8, 2012, it has completed the redemption of $40 million of its outstanding senior notes, as authorized by its board of directors last month.  After the redemption, $65 million of AMPAC's senior notes remain outstanding.
