Sunrise Ambulatory Care Modular Version 5.5 successfully demonstrated compliance with the required Core and Alternative Core EP Quality Measures and the following three "Non Core and Optional Core" Quality Measures: NQF 0067, NQF 0027 and NQF 0074.

Sunrise Patient Portal Version 5.5, certification number CC-1112-498885-3 meets the following certification criteria under the eligible provider domain: 170.304g and 170.304h. Sunrise Patient Portal Version 5.5, certification number CC-1112-498885-4 meets the following certification criteria under the hospital domain: 170.306d and 170.306e.

The additional software Sunrise Patient Portal Version 5.5 relied upon to demonstrate compliance includes Sunrise Acute Care for the hospital domain and Sunrise Ambulatory Care for the eligible provider domain.
