Advanced BioHealing Appoints Kevin C. O'Boyle as Chief Financial Officer

team that grew the business to more than $400 million in annual revenue. Prior to that time, Mr. O'Boyle served in various positions during his six years with ChromaVision Medical Systems, Inc., a publicly-held medical device company specializing in the oncology market, including as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. O'Boyle currently serves on the boards of GenMark Diagnostics, Inc., a publicly traded molecular diagnostics company, and Tornier, BV, a privately held global orthopedics company.

Mr. O'Boyle received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology and successfully completed the Executive Management Program at the University of California Los Angeles, John E. Anderson Graduate Business School.
