AdEx Media, Inc. Signs Agreement with Medical Alarm Concepts

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AdEx Media, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADXM), a leading performance-driven, online marketing and distribution company, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Medical Alarm Concepts Holdings, Inc. (MDHI.OB) to market and provide lead generation for Medical Alarm Concepts' two-way voice pendant, known as MediPendant(TM).

MediPendant(TM) is the first monitored two-way voice speakerphone pendant for the PERS (personal emergency response) industry. Medical Alarm Concepts has taken the existing PERS system and upgraded it with a new state-of-the-art technology, giving the user more freedom and mobility than ever before. With MediPendant(TM), the user speaks directly through the pendant to communicate with the monitored call center. With its enhanced range and superior RF capabilities, MediPendant(TM) is positioned to revolutionize the PERS industry.
