Anda Distribution segment revenue consists only of sales of third-party products and excludes sales of Actavis' brand and generic products.
Anda Distribution segment gross margin was 13.4 percent in the second quarter of 2013.
Other Operating ExpensesConsolidated GAAP general and administrative expenses were $225.8 million in the second quarter 2013, an increase of $104.0 million from the second quarter 2012 as a result of the inclusion of Legacy Actavis and related acquisition, integration and restructuring charges associated with that acquisition.
