Accuray Appoints Richard Pettingill, LFACHE to Board of Directors

as President and Chief Executive Office of Camino Healthcare.

Pettingill currently serves on the boards of publicly traded companies Tenet Healthcare Corporation and MAKO Surgical Corp.
