CHARLESTON, S.C., Aug. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Benefitfocus, the nation's leading healthcare and benefits technology provider, today announced that ATI Physical Therapy has selected BENEFITFOCUS HR InTouch™ to automate the administration, enrollment and communication of employee benefits. Benefit administration and employee communication became increasingly complex and logistically challenging for ATI and a more advanced system was needed to support the company's continuous growth. HR InTouch also simplifies benefits for ATI employees through decision support tools and educational videos that provide guidance in exploring plan options.

"Our workforce is very tech savvy, but healthcare terminology is complex and most of the younger employee population is enrolling in benefits for the first time," said Lisa Gutierrez, ATI Vice President of Human Resources. "We chose HR InTouch for the intuitive enrollment workflow and the user-friendly tool set that communicates benefits to our employees in a way they understand."
