ARAMARK Agrees to Sell its Galls Business to CI Capital Partners

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ARAMARK, a global provider of professional services, announced today it has sold Galls, a leading provider of public safety equipment and apparel, to CI Capital Partners, a North American private investment firm. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  


Based in Lexington, Kentucky, Galls sells a wide variety of public safety products to leading law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies, private security companies and federal agencies so they can perform at their best.
