AMD LASERS Announces the Addition of Bart Waclawik, New Chief Operating Officer

INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- AMD LASERS, the world leader in comprehensive and affordable dental laser technology, today announced the addition of Bart Waclawik as Chief Operating Officer. In this newly created role Mr. Waclawik will be responsible for daily global operations, procurement, production, quality assurance, and general financial oversight of the company. Furthermore, he will lead the engineering effort on the next-generation of product development in order to continue position AMD LASERS as world's most innovative and affordable laser company.

Prior to joining AMD LASERS, Mr. Waclawik worked for Remy International as Manager, Business Development and Strategic Planning. Prior to Remy, he spent ten years working for ArvinMeritor in roles of increasing responsibility and diverse scope ranging from engineering, project management, corporate strategy and M&A, and international business development. Mr. Waclawik was a graduate of ArvinMeritor's leadership development program and in his last role was a Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Analysis.

Mr. Waclawik graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship and holds undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Purdue University and Wabash College.
