On February 28^th, the grant award recipient, Jenna O'Neill, MD, was announced at the Skin of Color Society Reception at Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, FL. Among the 60 attendees, AMBI and Valeant Pharmaceuticals representatives were on hand to honor Ms. O'Neill for her contribution to dermatological research in skin of color, specifically in characterizing the genetic basis of central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia.
