ACI: Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference - Blockbuster Faculy Announced
Date:9/11/2013

NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The American Conference Institute, organizers of the 18th Annual Drug and Medical Device Litigation Conference are pleased to announce that this year's conference will be taking place December 9-11, 2013 at the Marriott Marquis in New York.  The agenda has just been released for the program, and the industry leaders offering their insights are not to be missed.

Donald Bunnin, Senior Litigation Counsel at Allergan, remarked that the conference is a "'can't miss' event that helps me stay informed on litigation trends and strategies." Greg Dadika, Assistant General Counsel, Litigation at C.R. Bard added "Each year, the ACI Drug and Medical Device Litigation conference continues to deliver the highest quality of speakers from around the nation discussing important and topical issues that we all face as litigators.  It's a must for any defense attorney in our industry."

According to Stacey Evans, Senior Conference Director with ACI, the industry response to speaking and attendance opportunities has been overwhelming.  "I've worked on this event for 3 years and never seen a response like this, but the program this year features more in-house participation and more participation from the Bench than ever before, so it's not surprising that law firms especially are jumping at the opportunity to take advantage of the extensive networking and business development opportunities at the conference in what has become a highly competitive market."

In addition to the stellar faculty including more than 20 in-house counsel, attendees will have a unique opportunity to hear candid views from a key enforcer at the FDA, as well as 9 members of the state and federal bench.
