Description	The eNcloseII proximal anastomosis assist device was designed specifically to obviate the need for partial clamping of the aorta. The eNcloseII device can provide the surgeon with a stable, bloodless field and dramatically better hemodynamics as compared to partial occlusion clamps. An increasing number of studies have suggested that complete or partial clamping of the aorta during coronary artery revascularization procedures may play a significant role in the wide variety of near and long-term post operative complications. Provides the surgeon with a stable, bloodless field. Eliminates the need for partial occlusion clamping during coronary artery bypass grafting. Allows the surgeon to create sutured anastomoses without modifying his standard techniques. Allows for up to three anastomoses from one insertion site.
