Features Suprarenal Fixation: attachment to the suprarenal vessel wall reduces the risk of migration and enhances graft-to-vessel sealing.

Anchoring Barbs: anchoring barbs are positioned incrementally on the suprarenal stent to provide additional fixation.

Self-Expanding Z-Stents: independent, stainless steel z-stent design provides graft flexibility and columnar strength. The specially designed z-stents also provide increased graft/vessel apposition to minimize endoleaks and graft migration.

Low Iliac Attachment: extended, low iliac graft bifurcation provides columnar strength and simplifies cannulation of the contralateral limb.

Modularity: extensive selection of individual components provide physicians the ability to customize each AAA procedure to each patients anatomy.

Woven Polyester: lightweight, strong, shrink resistant synthetic polymer has been used historically to surgically treat AAAs.

Precise Positioning: the Zenith® H&L-B One-Shot™ Introducer System uses a sequential deployment method that provides continuous control of the entire graft system throughout the procedure. The One-Shot™ Introducer System enables precise positioning and the ability to readjust the graft before deploying the anchoring barbs.

Description The Zenith AAA Endovascular Graft with the H&L-B One-Shot Introduction System and ancillary components is indicated for the endovascular treatment of patients with abdominal aortic or aorto-iliac aneurysms having morphology suitable for endovascular repair. The Zenith AAA Endovascular Graft is a device placed within an aneurysm to "seal off" the aneurysm. The graft is made of woven polyester graft material like that used in open surgical repair. Standard surgical suture is used to sew the graft material to a frame of stainless steel stents. These self-expanding stents provide support. The graft has three parts: a "main body" and two "legs." The main body is positioned in the aorta. The legs are positioned in the iliac arteries and connect to the main body. The graft thus extends from the aorta below the renal arteries (kidneys) into both iliac arteries. The Zenith AAA Endovascular Graft is placed within the aneurysm using the H&L-B One-Shot Introduction System.
