  • Billing changes can be made on the fly while maintaining a full audit trail
  • Fast and Easy Posting of Charges, Payments and Co-Pay - Both manual and electronic remittance are supported for payment posting. EOB's are tracked to reduce data entry and maintain accuracy. Staff is alerted when payments don't match pre-determined rates.
  • Simplify Patient Check In - When patients check in at the practice, co-payments are collected and receipts can be printed. Patient information can be reviewed and updated. Insurance cards can be scanned in for quick reference.
  • Improve Code Entry - When the visit is completed preprogrammed office rates and fees are linked to procedures to eliminate checkout jams. Users can enter codes manually or search available codes within Visionary OFFICE PM Billing saving costly staff time.
  • Electronic and Paper Insurance Claim Processing - Automate your billing process, errors are noted before claims submission, reducing the time and cost of re filing claims, and lowering the number of days in accounts receivable.
