Description The Aculens 186 UV combines the latest technology and innovative software with features that include measurement of ultra violet transmission and auto detection of progressive lenses. The Velo 186 is also programmed to network with the VELO 8500 Motorized Refractor and other VELO Instruments, today, or in the future.

*VELOtm Aculens 186UV can accurately measure the transmittance of Ultra Violet light through a lens. Using the easy to read graphical display you can demonstrate the level of UV protection your patients have or dont have in their lenses. The importance of UV coatings and lens treatments can be explained to your patients in detail; enhancing customer satisfaction, while at the same time assisting you in providing the best quality eye care.
