Features VasoSeal VHD provides extravascular sealing to close femoral artery punctures. It does not enlarge the arteriotomy to perform the vascular sealing procedure. It augments what the body does naturally and is designed to leave no foreign pieces behind in the artery.
Description VasoSeal VHD was the first device to rapidly stop bleeding after diagnostic and interventional cardiology and radiology procedures. It is a collagen-based vascular sealing device approved for immediate sheath removal post PTA, PTCA, and stent procedures.
