  • A positive result is visualized by a pink/red band in the test region of the device.
Description Rapid Immunoassay: Uni-Gold Recombigen HIV is a single use rapid test, for the detection of antibodies to HIV-1 in plasma, serum and whole blood (venipuncture). Uni-Gold Recombigen HIV is intended for use in point of care settings as an aid in diagnosis of infection with HIV-1. This test is suitable for use in appropriate multi-test algorithms designed for the statistical validation of rapid HIV test results.
