| Description | The Laserex Ultra Q is the fundamental capsulotmy laser - the unique Ultra Q Technology cavity optimizes energy delivery and provides 2855% less energy in air at approximately 1.8 mJs, compared to 2.54.0 mJs in contemporary systems. This technology eliminates the occurrence of hot spots and dramatically reduces the risk of IOL pitting.
Ultra Q Technology = Optimal Energy Delivery The Ultra Q utilises the newly developed Ultra Q Technology cavity, which contains a solid-state Q-switch component and a specially designed optical feedback mechanism. Ultra Q Technology optimizes energy delivery and ensures low energy optical breakdown, which reduces the noise associated with disruption and enables you to treat patients much more efficiently. Furthermore, this low level of air breakdown energy dramatically reduces the incidence of IOL pitting. Superior Ergonomics The systems superior ergonomics allow you to treat more patients daily without the adverse effects that result in limited working distance, cluttered working conditions and unclear field of view. The Ultra Q has a slimline and integrated slit lamp design that provides more patient leg room, a greater height adjustment range and an outboard chinrest. |
