Features Fluorescent control panel LCD display with backlight illumination for easy key entry, even in the dark. Highly-sensitive multipoint sensor. Swing-out beamsplitter system and direct projection lens system. Proximity sensor for cut-off light. Auto brightness finder. Reciprocity adjustment algorithm. Illuminated reticle for accurate focusing, framing and exposure of low-light fluorescent and other difficult specimens. A full range of exposure controls such as ISO setting and exposure adjustment, easy-to-operate Wind Lock and release functions, AE lock to store determined exposure times into memory, manual exposure settings, and auto bracketing designed specifically for difficult light conditions. In-camera Data Memory and Review Functions. Can be connected to PC or printer.
Description The U-III's compact, sleek design and advanced exposure system with multi-point sensor, make it the system of choice for serious fluorescence applications including FISH. It is ideal for use at research institutes and universities and wherever quick, precise exposure settings are essential.
