Features 
Description With the Tupos LV/A+, the single-lead principle has been applied to cardiac resynchronization therapy for the first time. The complete system, which consists of the Tupos LV/A+ and the five-polar Kainox A+ lead, minimizes the scope of surgery and the risk of complications. The ICD receives signals from the atrium and the ventricle via a single lead. The atrial input stage of the Tupos LV/A+ is fine-tuned to signals of the floating atrial lead, guaranteeing reliable sensing of even small fibrillation waves.
