Description Tegress™ Implant is an endoscopic urethral implant for women with stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Upon implantation, the Tegress™ Implant solution of Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol copolymer (EVOH) in a Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) carrier forms a soft hydrophilic implant that reinforces the integrity of the urethras mucosal seal. Over time, host fiber ingrowth incorporates Tegress™ Implant for true remodeling of surrounding urethral mucos.
