    • Description Conforming to U.S. and international engineering and design specifications, Smith & Nephew's TC-100 Screw and Plating System* provides seamless integration with existing inventories and ease of use for open reduction internal fixational procedures (AO method). However, the TC-100 system works well beyond the standard, providing a full range of components, increased cost-effectiveness, and the experience, expertise and support that only Smith & Nephew can provide.

    The TC-100 Large Fragment Set, which is designed for fixation of fractures in large bones such as the humerus, tibia and femur. The Large Fragment Set offers similar implants and instruments to the Small Fragment Set; however, the large fragment implants and instruments accommodate 4.5 mm and 6.5 mm screws.
