A Reliable Polymer
The TAXUS stent uses Translute Polymer, a proprietary polymer carrier technology, to control drug release.

  • The polymer controls the release of paclitaxel, which may allow for consistent drug release and more uniform drug distribution.

Description The TAXUS Express Paclitaxel-Eluting Coronary Stent System is indicated for improving luminal diameter for the treatment of de novo lesions = 28 mm in length in native coronary arteries = 2.5 to = 3.75 mm in diameter.
