Description Used for temporary internal drainage from the ureteropelvic junction to the bladder. AQ® is a microthin layer of hydrophilic polymer that when activated, attracts and holds water and other liquids to the stent, creating a low-friction surface. Supplied sterile in peel-open packages. Intended for one-time use. CAUTION: Periodic evaluation is advised; stent must not remain indwelling more than six (6) months.
