Description This unique system uses prolene as thread-guide reducing time and trauma in lacrimal duct intubation. The hollow Ritleng Probe is inserted into the nasolacrimal duct and a thin prolene thread-guide is fed through it. The probe is then withdrawn leaving the polypropylene thread to pull the silicone tubing in place. Canalicular Laceration or Imperforate Nasolacrimal Duct.
