ProductsST360 Spinal Fixation System
Company Zimmer, Inc.
Item ST360 Spinal Fixation System
Features System flexibility and component design reduces intraoperative time and easily allows for construct customization. Medial rod placement, slotted lateral connectors, multiple rod configurations, low-profile system, guide pins, connector/rod pre-assembly, shorter run on rod. ST360 Polyaxial screw allows angulations of 30 with a 60 conical envelope after buttressed placement, enhances screw purchase with a constant major and tapered minor diameter and allows intraoperative height adjustment without loss of purchase. Lateral connectors provides medial/lateral adjustment from 10 to 20 mm, simplifies selection with color-coding and accommodates either 5.5 or 6.35 mm diameter rod. Offset connectors allows 10 mm of cephalad/caudal offset, reduces the potential for facet impingement of the adjacent level and allows 12 to 18 mm of medial/lateral offset. Transverse connectors allows for construct customization. Comes fully assembled, simplifies selection with color-coding and accommodates either 5.5 or 6.35 mm diameter rod.
Description The ST360 Spinal Fixation System combines the flexibility of polyaxial screws and the versatility of lateral connectors into a single system. The result is a construct that, during assembly, minimizes excessive loading to the vertebral anatomy, thus reducing potential for vertebral injury. The combination of polyaxial screws and lateral connectors reduces the potential for transferring loads, during assembly, between rods and screws that are not perfectly aligned. Easily constructed without force, minimizes excessive loading to the vertebral anatomy during assembly and reduces need for coronal rod bending.
