  • Each instrument includes an internal computer with Windows® operating system, color LCD membrane touch screen, keyboard, bar code reader, 6 position dispensing hopper, collection hopper, formatting & networking software and Ethernet connectivity
  • Includes a 6 position-dispensing hopper to allow for various colors
  • Using a proprietary non-contact ink-jet technology, SHUR/Mark® PLUS eliminates the need for earlier generation mechanical hopper dispensing mechanisms and mechanical x/y/z plotter hardware
  • A dependable conveyor system transports cassettes and slides across a fixed position ink jet-head
  • SHUR/Mark® PLUS completes the data integrity loop by further minimizing user interaction
  • Through built-in serial and Ethernet ports, data from an LIS (Laboratory Information System) can easily be sent to SHUR/Mark® PLUS
  • Ethernet connectivity offers remote diagnostic capabilities
  • Printing with SHUR/Mark® PLUS offers all of the advantages of Windows software such as the range of print sizes, italics, different font types, bold or underlined characters, the ability to prints images (logos), etc.,
  • Bar codes can be printed on cassettes and slides
