Features	Available in diameters 46 mm to 60 mm to meet all patient needs. ArCom polyethylene - 47% increase in wear resistance. PMMA spacers for uniform 3 mm cement mantle and avoid polyethylene/bone contact. Integral flange with scalloped peripheral rim maintains cement pressurization while allowing excess cement to escape. 15 anti-luxation rim for reduced risk of posterior dislocation. Anti-impingement recess for increased range of motion - up to 104 with a 28 mm femoral head. 22.22 mm, 26 mm and 28 mm articulating diameters available. Forms a complete system with the SHP Hip stem and the Biomet Merck bone cements. Also compatible with Biomet Merck hip stems.
Description	Derived from an extensive study into increasing the range of motion in hip replacement, the cemented SHP acetabular cup is a unique design and is manufactured from ArCom polyethylene.
