Company Special Data Solutions
Item SDS Patient Recall
Features The pre-defined options in the pop up tables means that the user simply has to choose from a list rather than type information in. In addition to issuing reminders for eye examinations, the SDS Recall module also allows the practitioner to categorize patients in a variety of ways. SDS Recall links to Microsoft Word to produce an unlimited number of letters, edited as necessary and sent to patients whose individual categories match the desired target group. Follow up letters may be extracted automatically and multiple letter runs are possible to allow unattended operation.
Description The SDS Recall marketing software enables the efficient capture of lifestyle, demographics and clinical information. The module also has many built-in time saving and error checking devices such as: auto capitalization of name fields and numerous user definable pop up tables ensuring consistent and accurate data input. The pre-defined options in the pop up tables means that the user simply has to choose from a list rather than type information in.
