Features	Focus Diagnostics now offers a Rickettsial IFA Test Kit for the detection and quantitation of IgG and IgM antibodies to both Rocky Mountain spotted fever and Typhus fever. The Focus Diagnostics Rickettsia IFA IgG Kit and the Rickettsia IgM Kit contain IFA substrate slides with fixed individual spots of R. rickettsii and R. typhi permitting simultaneous antibody determination against both species. These kits are suitable for 80 determinations and contain titered positive and negative controls and class specific antihuman fluorescein conjugate.
Description	The Focus Diagnostics Rickettsia Indirect Immunofluorescence Antibody (IFA) IgM test is intended for the detection and semi-quantitation of human IgM class antibodies to Spotted Fever and Typhus Fever Group rickettsia, as an in vitro aid in the diagnosis of diseases caused by these organisms.
