Ray TFC/ Unite System

ProductsRay TFC/ Unite System
Company Stryker Corporation
Item Ray TFC/ Unite System
Features
  • Same Superior Biomechanics as Ray TFC: Load sharing, 70% Fenestrations, Thread design
  • Strategic Lateral Arches: Medial/Lateral saving of 3mm per implant: addresses narrow disc space
  • Optimal Delivery System: Dual tang design places TFC and UNITE closely together
  • Description The Ray TFC Unite Device is the anterior alternative to the Ray TFC posterior system. The Ray TFC Unite device features the same 70% fenestrations as Ray TFC. The maximum bone-to-bone contact offered by fenestrations is paramount in the formation of new bone. As with Ray TFC the Ray TFC Unite system promotes load sharing between the device and the spine.* In an anterior procedure where the Unite system is used, one Ray TFC Device is interdigitated with one Ray TFC Unite Device. This interdigitation is made possible by the unique design of the Ray TFC Unite device. Lateral arches medially and laterally have been incorporated into the design of the Ray TFC Unite device. These arches allow a Ray TFC device to be very closely aligned (interdigitated) with a Unite device. The two-cage construct is introduced to the interbody space with the use of a dual tang retractor. As with the Ray TFC Device, the Ray TFC UniteDevice has established a proven record of clinical success buttressed by a series of white papers and patient follow-up studies.*
