Description	Accurate Quantitation of DNA, RNA, Or Fluorescent Tags. Accurate quantitation of minute levels of DNA and RNA is critical to life science research. The RF-Mini 150 Fluorometer offers a highly sensitive way to measure quantities as small as 1ng/ml of DNA specific Hoechst Dye. By switching to another set of excitation and emission filters, the RF-Mini 150 can measure RNA and DNA with ethidium bromide, or measure cell viability with fluorescein based tags. When samples are not available in large quantity, a volume as small as 3L can be measured with the capillary cell.
