Item Proteomelab™ PA 800 Protein Characterization System
Features To ensure compatibility with automated fractionation processes, sampling formats include 96-well plates, microfuge tubes, PCR vials and 2 ml vials. Modular photodiode array and laser-induced fluorescence detection deliver high-sensitivity, quantitative analysis capabilities. For structural elucidation, the ProteomeLab PA 800's external detector adapter allows for easy interfacing of the separation capillary with electrospray mass spectrometry. Temperature control of the sample compartment ranges from 5 - 60 C, maintaining protein stability while enabling temperature impact studies on enzymatic activity and protein interaction measurements.
Description The ProteomeLab PA 800 resolves and quantifies proteins by their isoelectric point and molecular weight, generates high-resolution peptide maps and carbohydrate profiles and provides front-end separation to mass spectrometry.
