    • Description Atrium introduces ProLite Ultra™, the next generation of thin wall polypropylene mesh for laparoscopic and traditional hernia surgery and general soft tissue repair. For those surgeons who demand a thinner, better handling and more flexible polyproplylene mesh, you need to look no further than ProLite Ultra. Its unique Litemesh™ polypropylene microfilament construction is softer and more supple than traditional mesh products and slightly thinner than Atriums ProLite™ mesh. ProLite Ultra is enhanced with Atriums innovative Parallel Flex™ knit construction which maximizes flexibility, strength and conformity to the patients anatomy. The end result is a softer, more comfortable repair with a tensile strength reinforcement that is 83% stronger than the normal abdominal wall tissue.
