Description The Premier 12 Holter Analysis Kit incorporates detection of T-wave alternans (TWA) and QT Dispersion with other powerful DMS Holter analysis tools. Premier 12 makes a complete 24-hour TWA analysis possible in less than 10 seconds and provides visualization of the actual TWA, for visual verification and validation. The TWA algorithm detects two modes of TWA: the beat-to-beat change in T-Wave amplitudes exceeding 20 micro-volts, and the gradual up and down changes of T-wave amplitudes over a series of several beats. The QT Dispersion software displays the vertical markers for measuring QT intervals and provides visual verification of QT Dispersion. The QT Dispersion number is shown at the top of the ECG display and is printed on the corresponding 12-Lead ECG Strip.
