Description Preclude MVP Dura Substitute is the only dura material versatile enough for use in procedures requiring an immediate, watertight closure, and in cases where biological fixation and sealing are desirable. Minimizing CSF leakage in cases requiring an immediate watertight seal and also allowing for techniques that require biological fixation and sealing are key factors in duraplasty.
