  • Integral 15 mm connector:
  • Ventilate with or without inner cannula in place
  • No risk in inner cannula disconnect from unwanted torque
  • Tube material is radiopaque to enable confirmation of tube position
  • Soft-Seal™ cuff low pressure, high volume cuff for minimal trauma while providing effective seal:
  • When deflated, the cuff fits smoothly to the tube minimizing discomfort during insertion and removal
  • Velvet-soft material with a large resting diameter
  • Clear markings on pilot ballon provide relevant information including tube I.D.
  • Special obturator clip design minimizes obturator movement during tube insertion
Description Portex® Blue Line ULTRA® Suctionaid® tracheostomy tubes provide an additional lumen to permit effective removal of secretions from above the tracheostomy tube cuff.

Portex® Blue Line ULTRA® Suctionaid® tracheostomy tubes provide an additional lumen to permit effective removal of secretions from above the tracheostomy tube cuff helping to reduce the risk of aspiration. Each Suctionaid® tube comes with a control valve that easily attaches to the tubes suction line and the suction source for greater suction control during the removal of secretions. Change kits include a J-tipped guide wire to help ensure the correct placement of the replacement tube.
