Description This direct fluorescent assays (DFA) kit uses a direct immunofluorescence technique to provide clear, easy-to-read and reliable results within 15 minutes. Chlamydia antigens are detected using a monoclonal antibody to the C. trachomatis major outer membrane protein (MOMP) that has been linked to fluorescein isothiocyanate.
