Description PathVysion is the only HER-2 assessment test approved by the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for three claims: prognosis, adriamycin-based chemotherapy selection and Herceptin® (Trastuzumab) monoclonal antibody therapy selection. PathVysion is the only FISH-based DNA probe HER-2 test listed in the Herceptin® package insert as an appropriate test to aid in the selection of patients for Herceptin® therapy.
