Item PRAXIS® Electronic Medical Records v. 2.19
Features
  • Faster than dictation and word recognition.
  • Dramatically improves the quality of your writing.
  • Increases your Revenues.
  • PRAXIS uses a Concept Processor to reduce your charting time, and save you money.
  • give administrators the correct information, without resorting to a boilerplate.
  • Your front desk staff signs in the patient; your nurse inputs vitals, medications, and chief complaints.
  • PRAXIS completes your charting while in the exam.
  • PRAXIS generates a perfectly HFCA-compliant Super Bill for your billing staff.
  • Description PRAXIS is an Electronic Medical Record system. It stores patient chart notes, x-rays, laboratory reports, EKG's, Vital Statistics, Medications, and everything you would normally put in a file folder. Your paper charts cost you money. Someone has to write them, file them, find them, determine billing from them, and organize them. Paper Charts get lost. They find their way to your house on Saturday and never come back. With PRAXIS you'd never have to chart at home again, and reduce the hours you spend on them at the office.
